How it works

2Scan the QR code
The QR code appears on screen right after payment. Save the page link: it is where your code is kept.
3Switch on in Vietnam
Install the eSIM over Wi-Fi, then select it for mobile data when you arrive in Vietnam.
Will it work on my phone?
Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier. That covers iPhone XR, XS and later (except most models sold in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau) and recent Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other flagship phones. Dial *#06#: if an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM.
Questions before you buy
When do I receive my eSIM?
Right after payment, on your order page: a QR code plus the SM-DP+ address and activation code for manual entry. It usually takes less than a minute.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund as long as the eSIM has not been installed on a phone. If an installed eSIM does not work in Vietnam and we cannot fix it, we also refund in full. Write to [email protected] with your order link.
Do I get a Vietnamese phone number?
Plans marked Vietnamese phone number come with a number for incoming calls and SMS. Plans marked Calls included list their minutes on the plan. Plans marked Data only have no calls or SMS.
Who is the seller?
VietSim is operated by LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
