Every number on this site should be one you can rely on. This page explains where the numbers come from and how often they are refreshed.
eSIM store prices
- Plan prices, data allowances and validity come from our plan catalogue and are refreshed automatically every 4 hours. If the catalogue cannot be reached, the site keeps the last copy it fetched rather than showing nothing.
- The store shows a “prices checked” date under the plan list. It is the time the current prices were fetched, not a date typed in by hand.
- The price on the plan is the price you pay in US dollars. Stripe shows the total including any tax before you confirm.
- Stock is checked at checkout. If a plan is sold out at that moment, you are sent back with a notice instead of being charged.
Plan facts
- Network, data per day or in total, validity and whether a Vietnamese phone number or calls are included come from the plan’s product data, not from our reading of marketing pages.
- Plan notes in English (for example call minutes) are shown only where they add a fact the badges do not carry.
- The activation deadline of a code is checked before sale: we only sell a code that stays activatable for at least 3 more days.
Help articles
Installation steps follow the current iPhone, Samsung and Google Pixel settings menus. Each article shows a “last checked” date. Facts that depend on a carrier (for example when validity starts counting) are published only after they have been confirmed with the carrier or on a real line; until then the article says so.
The plan catalogue (in preparation)
For the Vietnamese catalogue the same rules apply: each plan page will carry a last-checked date, discontinued plans stay listed with their end date and successor, and a registration syntax is published only after it has been verified on a line of that carrier.
Corrections
If you find a price or fact that is wrong, write to [email protected] with the page link. Confirmed errors are corrected on the page itself; when a correction changes what a customer paid or was told, we contact the customers affected.
