How to install your Vietnam eSIM
Install the eSIM over Wi-Fi before you fly. On iPhone open Settings, Cellular, Add eSIM and scan the QR code on your order page. On Android open the SIM manager and choose Add eSIM. A QR code can usually be installed only once, so never delete the eSIM after installing it.

Turn on your eSIM in Vietnam
When you land in Vietnam, turn the VietSim line on and choose it for mobile data. Turn off data roaming on your home SIM so it cannot run up charges. Each eSIM must be activated before a deadline set by the carrier, which is at least 3 days after you buy it from us.

eSIM not connecting in Vietnam
Start with the phone settings, not the eSIM. Check that the VietSim line is on and selected for mobile data, turn Data Roaming on for that line and restart the phone. If there is still no internet after 10 minutes, email us your order link, phone model and screenshots.

Refunds and lost QR codes
Email [email protected] with the link to your order page, or the email address you paid with and the payment date. An eSIM that has not been installed is refunded in full. Approved refunds are sent to your card within 5 business days, and your bank may need 5 to 10 more to show them.
