Do Viettel eSIM plans include a Vietnamese phone number?
The Viettel plans sold here are data plans. Each plan card says whether a Vietnamese number or calls are included; plans marked Data only have neither, and you call through apps such as WhatsApp or Zalo instead.
Does 5G work on a Viettel eSIM?
Viettel runs 5G in the larger cities. Whether your phone joins it depends on the plan, the phone and the place; every plan gives you 4G, and 5G where the plan and the network allow it.
Can I top up or extend a Viettel eSIM from VietSIM?
No. These are prepaid plans with a fixed validity. If you need more days or data, buy another plan; a second eSIM can be installed alongside the first.
