VinaPhone eSIM questions
What can I do with the Vietnamese number on a VinaPhone eSIM?
Plans marked Vietnamese phone number can receive calls and SMS on a Vietnamese number, which is what ride apps, delivery services and hotels usually ask for. Whether outgoing calls are included is written on the plan.
Does a VinaPhone eSIM work outside the cities?
VinaPhone covers the cities, coasts and tourist regions with 4G. In thinly populated mountain areas coverage is patchier than in town; if your route goes far off the main roads, compare with a Viettel plan.
When does the validity of a VinaPhone plan start?
Validity depends on the plan, and we publish it only once confirmed. Install the eSIM within 30 days of buying it. If your trip starts later than that, write to contact@vietsim.com before installing and we confirm when the validity days start for your plan.
