Vietnam News reported in August 2026 that peak-period waits at Terminal 2 arrivals had run from 30 minutes to more than an hour before the lanes were split. It gave no hours of the day, and no newer figures were found.

  • E-gates at Noi Bai serve Vietnamese citizens with biometric passports only; foreign visitors use staffed counters.
